Regarding the hunger games by Suzanne Collins...?

I have an art homework assignment to illustrate a scene from my favorite book. Right now, it's the hunger games, and I'm not sure what to do. If you could give me some good ideas that don't involve drawing people, that would be great. I'm not a super good artists so it can't be something way too hard. Thanks in advance(:
