Help!! Fuse blew out?

I was cleaning the electric stove and putting the coils back in again when there was a loud sound from the burner with sparks!! I'm home alone and scared like hell... the entire apartment has no electricity!! I have no idea about fuses and not familiar with it...will replacing the fuse solve it or all the appliances are dead for good??? Please help me :(
