Looking for a video game?

I used to play it when I was a kid (like 10 years ago). There was a man running and he was being chased. You had to collect all the dots. There were like these electric portals that you could use to teleport. You could cave in the ceiling to block the people who were chasing you. Pretty old school graphics. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
