Is this a good starter guitar kit?

Sets usually suck, but if you are just starting out and wanna start with a package deal that isnt so bad i guess.. you might not have the greatest quality, but if u decide you like it and get into it you can probably re-sell that for 50 and only lose out on 20. and its on a huge sale it looks like. then put that towards a good 200dollar guitar and amp.
